OAMS Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative, organizational, and logistical support to OAMS Executives and Board and handling tasks such as calendar management, travel arrangements, correspondence, meeting coordination, document preparation, and maintaining confidential information to ensure smooth operations and efficient communication.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar and Schedule Management:
- Manage and organize executive schedules, appointments, and meetings to optimize their time.
Travel Arrangements:
- Coordinate and book all aspects of executive travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
Correspondence and Communication:
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and other communications, drafting and distributing memos, letters, and reports in relation to Executive & Board matters.
Meeting and event support coordination:
- Arrange and coordinate Executive & Board meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Document Management:
- Prepare, edit, and maintain a variety of documents, presentations, and reports, and manage a comprehensive filing system.
Office Support:
- Ensure office supplies are stocked, manage office equipment, and provide general support to visitors.
CEO support:
Assist CEO and OAMS Company Secretary to monitor and action compliance requirements of OAMS Constitution and the requirements of the Office of Registrar of Indigenous Corporations (ORIC) Act.

Remuneration dependent on experience and qualification $85,000 to $90,000 per annum plus superannuation
